Low self-confidence and esteem is a common side effect in today’s society, with many people struggling to find their self-worth and place in the world. Signs of low self-esteem can include;

Low self-esteem can be caused by a number of different factors and unless the root cause is dealt with, can have implications on the sufferer for the rest of their life. Some of the reasons for low self-esteem stem from;

  • Past experiences or events
  • Part of a natural personality

 

The good news is, once you realise you have self-esteem issues there are changes that you can make to help, such as; staying healthy and exercising, reducing stress and taking part in creative activities like dancing, painting or music. Sometimes keeping a diary can help to make sense of your feelings.
