What is Therapy?

Therapy is the attempted remediation of a health / mental health problem usually following a diagnosis. As a rule each therapy has indications and contraindication. There are many types of therapy. Not all therapies can be effective and you should discuss your requirements with you therapist.

How does therapy work?

Each therapy works slightly defiantly but overall Therapy gives you a safe space to talk freely, process your emotions and find the tools to help you move forward, learn skills and building tools to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

What do my therapies offer?
